  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destination

  • COHJCLUB currently ships only within the United States.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $30 to the U.S. mainland.

  • Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. minor outlying islands, or U.S. military bases.

  • For orders under $30, a shipping fee of $5.98 applies.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • U.S. Mainland: 5–7 business days for standard shipping.

  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, public holidays, weather, or flight delays.

  • Please allow extra time during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Orders $0.01 – $30: $5.98 shipping fee

  • Orders over $30: Free standard shipping (U.S. mainland only)

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other government fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • These fees are not charged by COHJCLUB and cannot be prepaid by us.

  • Fees vary by destination and must be paid to the relevant government authorities upon delivery.

  • We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.

6. Shipping Carriers and Tracking

  • COHJCLUB uses reputable carriers for all shipments.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Track your package at: 17TRACK

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

7. Important Notes

  • Orders must be shipped to the address provided at checkout. COHJCLUB is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees incurred due to incorrect shipping information or failed deliveries.
