1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • COHJCLUB does not accept returns for worn, damaged, or altered items.

Returns outside the 30-day window are not eligible for refund or exchange.

2. Return Shipping Fees

  • Returns within the 30-day period are free of charge for the customer.

  • COHJCLUB will provide a prepaid shipping label after the return request is approved.

  • Customers should not send items back to the original shipping address. A specific return address will be provided via email after your return request is submitted.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact our customer support via email or phone:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Wait for our team to approve your request and provide the return shipping instructions and address.

  4. Ship the product back according to the provided instructions.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, COHJCLUB will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

5. Applicable Scenarios

COHJCLUB accepts returns and issues refunds for the following valid scenarios:

  • Product arrived damaged or defective

  • Incorrect product was shipped

  • Product does not match the order (wrong size, wrong item)

Custom orders, final sale items, or promotional bundles are not included in this policy. (Currently all COHJCLUB items are standard ready-to-ship products.)

6. Important Notes About Return Address

  • Do not send returns to the original shipping address.

  • The correct return address will be sent via email after your return request is submitted.

  • Make sure to include your order number and use trackable shipping for safety. COHJCLUB is not responsible for items lost during return shipment if a non-provided address is used.
